Who is responsible

Which data we process

We only process data you provide yourself or that is needed to run the site:

• Contact and intro calls: if you use the contact form or email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message to answer your question.
• Newsletter: if you sign up, we process your email address to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Website use: anonymised, statistical data about how the site is used (see cookies below).

Forms on this site are handled through the FormSubmit service, which forwards your message to us by email. We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We use Google Consent Mode: analytics cookies are only placed after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you choose "Only necessary", no analytics cookies are placed and Google measures at most in a cookieless, aggregated way.

We do not use advertising cookies and do not track you across other websites. Functional storage needed to remember your cookie choice is always used.

How long we keep data

We do not keep your data longer than necessary: messages and contact details for as long as needed for the communication or collaboration, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Statistical data in Google Analytics is kept according to that platform's standard retention period.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to processing. To do so, email hello@yourvirtualassistant.eu; we respond within a reasonable time.

Changing your cookie choice
