What does it cost to have a website built?
Having a website built runs on a quote here rather than a fixed price, because no two sites need the same thing. I build in WordPress, in WooCommerce for shops, and fully bespoke where that fits better. You get one point of contact from first sketch to launch, and I can look after it afterwards.

Why there is no price list on this page
Naming a fixed figure here would be guesswork. A single page site for a DJ and a webshop with a reseller portal are not the same job, and squeezing that range into an average helps nobody.
What I do instead: one conversation is enough for me to quote a fixed price. It sets out what you get and what falls outside it, so nothing lands on your invoice afterwards.

What does it cost to have a website built?
It varies too much to put a figure on. A straightforward site and a webshop with a reseller portal are not the same job. One conversation is enough for me to quote a fixed price, setting out exactly what is included and what is not.
How long before my site is online?
Mostly it depends on how quickly your copy and photos arrive, because that is where projects stall rather than on the building. If you have it all ready, it moves fast. I will tell you what is realistic when I quote.
Can I update the site myself afterwards?
Yes. I build in WordPress with editable blocks, so you can change copy, photos and prices yourself. If you would rather not, I can take that on instead.
Can my current website move across?
Yes. I rebuild it and point every old address at the new one, so you are not starting again in Google. That applies whether you are on Wix, Squarespace or an old WordPress theme.
Do you maintain the site afterwards?
Yes, if you want that. Updates, backups, security and small changes carry on inside a monthly plan, so you never have to think about it again.
