Am I tied to a contract?
No. The subscription is monthly and you can cancel at any time. You are not tied to anything.
How does VAT work?
Prices are excluding VAT. If you are an EU business with a valid VAT number, VAT is reverse charged and you pay 0%. Swedish customers pay 25% VAT (moms) on top. Stripe checks your VAT number and calculates the correct VAT automatically at checkout.
Can I take maintenance only, without hosting?
Absolutely. The maintenance package works on any hosting. If you want everything in one place, you add the hosting separately.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
With the malware monitor I scan your site daily. If suspicious code shows up, I clean it up. And because there is a backup ready every day, your site is quickly clean and online again.
How do I pay?
After you sign up you pay securely via Stripe, with iDEAL, credit card or direct debit. You then receive your invoice automatically by email every month.
